Bring from a Caribbean family 🇹🇹, I'm always sceptical about eating West Indian food in the US, it never taste close to my Mom's cooking. I read the reviews and gave Solange a try. Outstanding! Chicken roti with mango taste like 🇹🇹. They also have all my favorites: tamarind balls and current rolls. Next time I'm in Philly, I'm making another stop! ❤️☺️🤤😋
The food was on point. The texture of the roti was perfect and all of the meat was so tender. Our crew had all different plates and everyone loved it. Her homemade juices were all so good and powerful with flavor! She prides herself on being a restaurant that represents the Caribbean and not just one country and she does it well. Definitely try it if you haven’t before!
The food and service is always great here. I have been here atleast 4 times and ordered something different each time and everything tasted amazing.
